0. Introduction
To get out of my comfort zone I have decided to create a small product where not only the theme of the product is unfamiliar to me, but also leaving freedom in the visual part. Here you will see part of the process to reach the final result. Enjoy it!
1. User case
A user in a foreign country suffers a robbery where he runs out of money, cards and mobile. He needs to withdraw some money to book a hotel also, need to see that no movements have been made and report the theft of all his cards.
2. Approach
In order to better understand the world of banking and achieve the most successful result possible, a little research has been done. I usual I always look for similar cases in Medium and for some visual inspiration.
3. Journey & Flow
In this first approach, a journey map with different stages and a user flow with the necessary number of interactions are proposed. For the journey of this user case, I have proposed a journey of 4 stages necessary to fulfil all that the ATM user expects.
Map of the number of interactions the user will carry out to reach the objective. This map will indicate the decisions, flows and error notification points that the user will have.
